This is a farmstead goat cheese infused with exquisite Oregon White Truffles that are only available for a short period of time (typically December thru February). We make this cheese to celebrate the Oregon Truffle Festival that happens in late January. If you love truffles and/or you are a gastronomic aficionado looking for an exquisite experience, this is the cheese for you. Available only until supplies last.
