In this collection, you will recieve two pounds of cheese. Please select up to 4 different cheeses. If you want all of one type or just two types, we will cut in the largest blocks possible. $8 flat rate shipping!

Please note: We have recently added Truffleur, one of our seasonal cheeses, to our "Create Your Own" collections.  Truffleur is only packaged in one pound blocks, so be sure to select it for at least two of your 1/2 pound selections.  Also, there is a $6.50 premium added per pound of Truffleur.
