If you're looking for local products, this is it. Our local customers love this combination because all ingredients are created in Central Oregon. We hope you enjoy it just as well.

Classico - Our flagship cheese is handmade and cave aged. Its nutty and honeysuckle flavor finish stands out magnificently.. Enjoy it with a buttery Chardonnay or a semi-dry Pinot Gris.

Pondhopper - A semi-soft farmstead cheese made with a local high desert microbrew. It is uniquely spiced with an echo of Cascade hops. It complements a robust ale.

Remembrance - Vibrant high desert rosemary provides a pleasant floral aroma and a lenghthy finish. It pairs acceptionally well with a Sauvignon Blanc.
