This collection is not just a great deal. It is also a way for us to say thank you for your support in 2009 and to share some of our private reserve cheeses not available anywhere else. We are confident you’ll approve of the results. (Available only until supplies last.)
Rimrocker - We introduced this cheese earlier this year and it has been extremely well received. It is made with cows’ milk from a nearby farm in Central Oregon and the extra aging (12 months) in our cellar makes it a superb cheese. The cheese has a semi-hard patte; it has a dense, rich flavor with hints of a caramel finish. We recommend pairing it with an old growth Zinfandel
