 Using
a large plate, scoop the Chivita with an ice cream scoop and scoop it
onto the plate (5-6 scoops per plate). Add about 1/2 the lavender jelly
on top. Cut the large wedge of Fenacho into 1/2-1 inch strips and lay
it out on the plate. Add the flatbread (cut in halves) on the other
side of the plate.
Pairing Suggestion: Light Beer and/or a Sauvignon Blanc. Enjoy!
